Made pink sauce pasta for me and my husband tonight, (his plate on top), i omitted the actual pasta and enjoyed the stir fried veggies instead.
Recipe for the sauce 2 Tablespoons butter 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 garlic cloves, crushed 3/4 cup grated parmesan .1/2 cup low carb/sugar pasta sauce. .Vegetables of choice ( i chose broccoli, mushrooms, and bell peppers)
Stir fry the vegetables with the butter and onion then add the rest of the sauce ingredients, salt and pepper totasta.
*Macros should be around 6-7 per serving dependins on your vegetables of choice.
