Keto Fathead Pizza

Recipe:

Crust: 1c almond flour + 2 tbsps, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsps cream cheese, 1 egg whisked

Toppings: 1c mozzarella cheese, 1/3 yellow pepper, 12 salami slices 2 to 3 tbsps of pizza sauce

Put the cheeses together and microwave for 40 seconds, then mix, then for another 30 seconds. Add the flour and mix well for a good while until its very dough like. Put on greaseproof paper and flatten it out (i tried making it as big as possible and thin, cus i like it like that). Put some holes in with fork so no bubbles

Put in preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 7 to 10 minutes, pop any bubbles you see along the way.

Take it out and put on all the topics. And put it back in for 17 to 20 minutes And done!
