Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins


3/4 cup almond flour I used Bobs Red Mill

2 eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sugar substitute I used Swerve

1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

3 Tablespoons olive oil or whatever oil you like

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Vanilla and lemon extracts to taste, you could also use fresh lemon*

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Muffins should come out soft and fluffy!

Makes 12 muffins.
