One whole cauliflower[grated]
Salt, pepper, minced garlic, powdered ginger
Herbs: parsley, oregano, basil and rosemary
2 tbsp shredded cheese or more
1 tbsp olive oil[for frying]
Squeeze out excess water from your Cauliflower.
Place in a dry bowl and add remaining ingredients in no particular order.
When fully incorporated, heat oil in your pan and fry like you would when making pancakes.
You can oven bake too if you wish.
