Keto Breakfast Biscuit

Recipe:

Most important part: Jake’s Country Sausage from Bardstown, KY

Preheat oven to 375

Biscuits:

mix 2 cups cheese, seasonings of choice, 4 tablespoons tiny little chopped up butter pieces, 2 cups almond flour, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, and 2 eggs

Bake on greased pan for 20 min, I crank up the heat at the end to about 450 to get a crispier biscuit

Then: Nom!

This made me 6 biscuits and I’m experimenting this time and freezing 4 of them to consume at a later meal. Wish the lil frozen biscuits luck.

Edit: I get super nervous telling people macros – whatever you come up with, please use! I don’t want to tell someone wrong numbers and have them go over a limit for the day, I would feel so bad! Every product on the market is so different (even when it’s the “same”) so use what you have and make it work. They’ll still taste good!
