Keto Bacon Nachos

Ingredients:

Bag of shredded cheddar

Microwaveable bacon (because I wanted easy)

Bag of taco cheese

Do it up: Preheat oven to 400. Put the whole bag of shredded cheddar on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Form rectangle. Crumble up microwaveable bacon (I didn’t microwave it) and evenly place on cheese.

Cover with taco cheese (or whatever cheese your little heart desires, as long as it’s harder cheese).

Throw in the oven for about 11 minutes. Or longer depending on your oven’s personality, Let cool. Cut in zig zags.

Place a clean sheet of parchment paper on and flip “nachos” over to make the other side crisp. I put mine back in for another few minutes but probably could have done them slightly longer.

Grab dips and don’t leave any “chip” behind!! Inhale them all like a savage. No one is judging.
