Cocoa Chocolate Butter Peanut Fat Bombs


πŸ‘‰ 1/2 cup coconut oil
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 cup no sugar added peanut butter
πŸ‘‰ 3 tablespoons dutch process cocoa sweetener of your choice to your taste –
πŸ‘‰ I used Splenda about 4 tablespoons
πŸ‘‰ 1 tablespoon vanilla

Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in a skillet on the stove, on low heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder and sweetener. TASTE but it will be hot! I drizzled some on a spoon and cooled it off to taste it. and added a little more splenda. Be sure to dissolve the sweetener completely. Remove from heat and cool a few minutes then add the vanilla. Pour into bite size molds and freeze. Once they are hard place them in your choice of containers, the recipe I sorta followed put them in a jar, I put mine in a baggie and keep them in the freezer. They melt easy. I did not have a mold yet so just poured it all in a foil lined pan and cut into bite size squares once it was hard. I hope you like them as much as we do! Enjoy!
